Consultation
Let's get to know each other! Do you have a particular destination in mind or are you looking for inspiration? I want to know what inspires you and what sort of adventure you're looking to craft so we can make this experience uniquely yours. You can fill out our Travel Design Survey or we can start with a Complimentary Consultation Call to start the planning process - whichever you prefer.

Itinerary Design
If you're a good fit for our travel design services and are ready to get started, I'll send you an email with details of the services we provide as well as a link to pay the Planning and Concierge fee. Now comes the fun part: research & design! I'll come up with completely customized itinerary options for your perfect escape.

Book Your Vacation
Next, we'll get all the components of your trip booked, from carefully curated properties to flights and excursions. Want some help with dinner reservations for an extra special evening? I'm happy to help! I will also provide information and assistance on booking optional travel insurance to protect your investment and peace of mind.

Time to Relax
After booking, rest assured that I will provide communication regarding final payment dates, location-specific travel requirements, and more. Two weeks before you travel, I will mail you paper copies of your travel documents as well as provide everything digitally for you utilizing our itinerary app. Plus, I'm only an email or phone call away to help with anything along the way to make your getaway hassle-free.
