Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking your complimentary consultation: I am so excited to start working with you on your dream vacation! During this complimentary consultation, we will go into detail about what you truly want in your next trip. I will ask some questions to learn more about you, the experiences you want to have, what you are celebrating, what time of year you are traveling, where you wish to go and how to make it memorable, special, and just right for YOU! We will also discuss my role as your travel planner and concierge, and what you can expect when working with me. My services are complimentary, and I promise to plan your vacation with the same care and attention to detail as if I was planning my own. Once we complete the call, I will send a follow up email detailing what we discussed and will begin planning your trip if you choose to move forward. Before committing to an appointment time, please consider if you are ready to place a deposit on a reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal, as pricing and availability can change quickly. (If you are booking a Treasure Hunt package, payment will be due within one week of our consultation call, as you will not receive a proposal for a Treasure Hunt - that ruins the surprise!) If something comes up and you need to reschedule our call, that's no problem. You can cancel online up to an hour before our call and then sign up for a time that works better for you.
